Sixteen By Nine was appointed by Finbar to develop the brand and marketing strategy for its latest apartment development located at 238 Adelaide Tce, Perth.
Aptly named AT238 Perth – this is apartment living reimagined.
These stylish and sophisticated apartments saw a brand identity developed that alluded to the enviable lifestyle that awaits for purchasers.
Along with the brand identity we designed and built the project website at238perthcom.au
This was supported by marketing collateral that included a 64 page brochure that included an embossed cover, gold foiling and UV varnish throughout as well as a four-page panel fold out so buyers could get a taste of the panoramic view that awaited them.
The campaign launch saw an extensive media strategy that included Televisions commercials (creation of 3 TVC’s) Radio and Print advertising, OOH and other targeted media.
